We’re located right next door to Marsh Farm Animal Adventure Park, Marsh Farm Road, South Woodham Ferrers, CM3 5WP.
Please note: Standard Tickets to Gingerbread Village does not include entry to Marsh Farm Animal Adventure Park. You need to upgrade your ticket to plus rides so that you can enter Marsh Farm and enjoy the rides, softplay and adventure play.
Do I need to book, and how much does it cost?
For 2025, we’re operating timed sessions to help manage queues and ensure a magical experience for everyone. Don’t worry if you’re a little early or late — you’ll still be able to come in.
Tickets start at £5 per person, rising to £12.99 if you want to experience on the rides, softplay and adventure play in Marsh Farm Animal Adventure Park
Please note:An administration fee of 50p per ticket applies to online bookings to cover processing and ticketing administration.
Will you be serving Alcohol?
Yes, we will be selling festive tipples at our Food & Beverage outlets.
Does every ticket include a Marshmallow Toasting Kit?
Yes it does, you recieve these upon entry.
Who can I bring to Gingerbread Village?
Everyone is welcome to join in the festive fun! Bring the whole family, babies, children, grandparents, cousins, neighbours, and friends. The more the merrier!
Do you take card payments?
Yes! We are a cashless event and only accept card payments. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cheques.
Are there toilets on-site?
Yes,our toilets are located near the entrance of Gingerbread Village. Facilities include baby changing areas and a disabled toilet for your convenience.
Is the site suitable for wheelchair users?
We have disabled parking available and the village is accessible for wheelchair users. Please note that some areas are on grass or uneven surfaces, which may become muddy during wet weather so we recommend suitable footwear and preparation for winter conditions.
